In Authentic Movement groups the leaders create a supportive space using movement and imagination where each woman can access the wisdom of the body and the psyche to discover her authentic self. The emphasis of this work is to discover the consciousness and wisdom contained within the body and to honor matter as part of the feminine principal. Creative expression and movement are the core of this work, allowing for the emergence of new energies and the embodied living of an integrated life.
Ms. Adams periodically offers Dream Groups (for men and women) to access the wisdom of dreams in daily life, and authentic movement groups (for women only).
